Gloria can be found at boutique festivals and special events – including wedding, film sets, parties and sporting and music events around the lower North Island of New Zealand. She has been as North as Taupo, New Plymouth and Napier – she can go further!
Menus vary; Gloria is not set up for pizza (YET) but instead, burgers, bowls, tostadas and fritters can be offered…all with the same love and handmade elements – as always at Firebird.
